Park Video

Jesse had his first softball game tonight. Joshua had so much fun! He LOVES being outside! I got Joshua a bubble gun for Easter and put it in his basket. We busted it out tonight and the kids had a blast! I can't tell you much about the game but it was still fun.

All in all, it was a great night. Daddy's team lost but that was ok. They didn't get killed so it wasn't a bad start to the season.

Park Play

Joshua and I have been checking out the local parks the last couple weeks. We have found some really good ones. It is so nice outside that we can't stand to be inside. If we stay home for a day and I have the windows open, Joshua stands at the front door saying "mommy, out!". So, I have been trying to get out with him as much as possible. This means that the house isn't very clean, but some things are more important right now. We are having a blast together and that's all the counts. Plus, Joshua is a little social butterfly. Most of the times that we go, we meet some of our other friend. He has been to the park lately with Aubrey & Reese, Isabella, Noah, Isaac & Audrey, and Timmy. He has a great group of little pals and he loves playing with them.

I am pretty sure this is a picture from one of our trips with Noah. I think it was the last time that Joshua had to wear a jacket. Cynetta and I walked the bike trail, let the kids play and then walked back.

This picture was from when we went with Timmy. Timmy and Joshua are really close in age and they are at that stage where they don't really play with each other, they just play along side each other.

This picture was from when we went with Angie(and Aubrey and Reese). It was like the only picture that I got because the camera died.

And wouldn't you know it! We went to the park yesterday with Ashley and Isabella and we went today with Rachel, Dustin, Isaac and Audrey. I didn't take the camera either day. I wish I would have had it with me today because we tried out a park we had never been to and Joshua went down a really big slide! Oh well, guess we'll just have to go back.

Ice Cream...good to the last drop!

Mom and Dad came over the other night for root beer floats. Joshua had a bowl of vanilla ice cream and it was as if he couldn't get enough. He kept tipping the bowl up and drinking a drip. Then, he would put the bowl down, notice another drop and this flip the bowl up again.

Doesn't he look like he is enjoying himself?
